Staff & Advisory Board

Matthew Harper

Executive Director

Matthew has served with Speak for the Unborn (S4U) since 2018, but his passion for pro-life ministry was kindled at a young age by participating in baby bottle fundraisers with Louisville’s local pregnancy center. He deeply desires to see babies saved, the Gospel proclaimed, the church equipped, and the hearts of abortion-minded women and men reached for Christ.

During his undergraduate degree, Matthew served as the president of Boyce College’s pro-life student organization and led a team to mobilize and assist pro-life efforts in Louisville and around the country. After coming on staff as S4U’s Network Church Mobilizer in 2022, Matthew transitioned into the role of S4U’s Executive Director in 2024.

Matthew received his M.Div from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary and his B.A. in Biblical and Theological Studies through Boyce College’s seminary track program. He and his beautiful wife Katie are members at Immanuel Baptist Church in Louisville, KY.

Jasmine Lenz

Communications Coordinator

Jasmine is the Communications Coordinator for Speak for the Unborn.

She became active in pro-life ministry through sidewalk counseling with S4U in 2021 and has since been involved with pregnancy center ministries and other pro-life communications roles.

Jasmine is finishing a B.S. in Strategic Communications at Boyce College in the spring of 2024 and is excited to continue supporting the pro-life movement at S4U.

Board of Directors

Quinn Weinzapfel

With a data analytics and governance background, Quinn Weinzapfel joined Speak for the Unborn as a board member in February 2023.

Transferring into board leadership in January 2024, Quinn is passionate about training churches to reach abortion-minded men and women.

Having completed his undergraduate career at Liberty University, he is pursuing graduate degrees at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary and Cedarville University.

Quinn and his wife hold membership at River City Baptist Church in Richmond, Virginia. In his free time, Quinn enjoys reading, writing, productivity systems, strategy games, pinball tournaments, and specialty coffee.

Rachel Freeze

Rachel Freeze and her family are members of White House First Baptist Church, a Speak for the Unborn (S4U) network church outside of Nashville, Tennessee. As a current homeschool mother of two, Rachel became involved in pro-life, gospel-based ministry in 2014 as a sidewalk counselor.

Professionally, she earned a Master of Public Administration with a concentration in Nonprofit Management in 2006 from Tennessee State University and found her niche as a successful nonprofit program manager and sought-after grant writer securing millions of dollars in grant funding for both Tennessee-based organizations and international Christian ministry.

She joined the S4U board in 2022 to provide expertise in nonprofit management and development.

Laurelen Müller

Laurelen is a graduate of Thomas A. Edison State University (B.A.) and also received a Master of Music in Music Education from Butler University at 19 years old.

In addition to her ministry work with Speak for the Unborn, she works as a Birth Doula, Midwifery Assistant, and Student Midwife (CPM).

She and her husband, Michael, live in Indianapolis, IN with their four children (Trippe, Olivia, Theodosia, and Avalyn), and are members at Pennington Park Church.

Matt Rupp

Matt Rupp is from Louisville, Kentucky and has been married to his wife Chelsea for 15 years; they have two boys, Remy (7) and Morgan (5).

He has been an advocate for cultural change surrounding abortion for many years and fell in love with the gospel centered and grace filled approach of S4U.

Matt has been on the board for seven years and is excited to see how the Lord continues to work through this important ministry.
