Live Action has gone undercover again, and this time with even more shocking footage of at least two Planned Parenthood staff giving approval to women seeking abortions only because their babies were girls. Seeking an abortion for this reason is called female gendercide, and it is absolutely heart-breaking.

You can watch the first video here:The War on Baby Girls: Part 1 – Undercover in Texas

And the second video here: GENDERCIDE IN AMERICA: Undercover in NYC

Live Action is hinting that there is more to come, stay tuned by checking their Facebook Page, and feel free to share these videos.

Abortion Clinic Shutdown in Alabama

On May 29, 2012, in Abortion, Politics, by Justin

I wanted to post this to give encouragement to the saints and praise to the Sovereign Lord of mercy. This clinic was shutdown mainly due to unlawful practice. We have seen that many clinics disregard the laws in general thanks to the undercover work of “Live Action” (video can be seen on youtube; Kentucky Abortion Center Fails to Report Child Sex Abuse) At the clinic in Alabama two women died in the same day due to an overdose of medication. The clinic stated that they were unable to rush the women out of the clinic on gurneys because they hallways were too small. Upon further investigation, the claim of the hallways being to small were untrue. Sadly, abortion is dark. Since abortions is run by people who are sinners in need of Gods grace (the Bible makes clear this is every human being), their deeds are dark. However, God promises what is done in the dark will be brought to the light. Every person, in time, will have their sin exposed. This may happen for the world to see, but will be seen by God himself, from which nothing is hidden. Jesus is anyone persons only hope of salvation, of forgiveness, of payment for their dark deeds.

Here is the link to the Jay Sekulow show in which I heard about this clinic in Alabama. The clip about the clinic is around the 12 minute area, however, the whole show is worth listening to.  Obama’s Pro Abortion Policies – Abortion Clinic Shutdown

Saints, our labor is not in vain and we still have work to be done. Continue to pray to the Lord that he would put an end to abortion in Louisville as well has nationwide and worldwide. Also continue to pray that while we labor, we would see the fruit of labor. That God would save mothers and families and rape victims and young girls and parents and grandparents and clinic escorts and abortion workers, etc….

9-Month Abortion Forced in China

On May 2, 2012, in Uncategorized, by Brandy

Warning: Graphic picture below.

I was going to write a different post, but instead came across an article I am compelled to share with you. It is not often that I am moved to weeping, but this story absolutely broke me.  And although I hate to share something this abhorrent, we must be informed of the atrocities against the innocent both here and around the world. This blog’s purpose is to speak for the unborn, and today I speak on behalf of a little loved one in Moshan town of the Shandong province, China.

A Beijing news source reports:

Family planning authorities in Moshan town, administered by Linyi city, Shandong province, forced a 9-month pregnant woman into abortion. According to the post, the baby “even gave a cry when it came out.” The family, on hearing the cry, went over to see the baby, before it stopped crying or breathing. Doctors pronounced its death.

The image [below] shows the 9 month fetus lying dead in a bucket. Because the parents of the baby already have a child, the local government hunted them down and forced abortion, citing the One Child Policy, which is imposed on all urban Han Chinese families. The mother was restrained as doctors injected her with a drug to kill the unborn baby. But after the baby was dragged out of its mother’s body, it was still alive and began to cry, before doctors left it in a bucket and drowned it.

Once the story was posted on a Chinese web forum, the public expressed their outrage for this and countless other attacks on pregnant women. One vehement citizen responded with a comment that shows just how viciously government officials are literally preying on their own people:

I am from Linyi city. I know how dark the family planning authorities here are. Each village has a target set by the higher-ups that must be met. Besides, each village is also entitled to a fixed number of abortions as an extra. However, not all villages have eligible people, or this number of pregnant women. So officials responsible for women’s affairs of each village take the trouble to rummage about for pregnant women to induce abortion. As long as her hukou (family register) is in the jurisdiction, as long as she agrees to terminate pregnancy, the village will reimburse all her surgical costs and even mete out a monetary reward of 8,000 to 10,000 yuan (US1,270 to 1,580). If the set target cannot be met, the village will be faced with penalty. But how can there possibly be so many incidences? Most people these days do not want that many children. How can there be so many extra births? In this case, they pounce on mothers-to-be like vampires who see blood. Reckless of how old the fetus is, they force abortion. There are just too many things like that in Linyi. I even witnessed one myself. In the hospital, a pregnant woman was dragged by several ruggedly muscular men into the operation room and did not relax their vigilance until she was injected with the drug. They said, “Another one accomplished.” But that pregnant woman was near term! And her family did not even know she was kidnapped here. I later learned that she was captured when she was at a fair.

Here is the heartbreaking photo from the story above:

Maybe it’s the fact that I am a new mother, or maybe it’s because my baby Grace is curled in the same position sleeping in her crib right now, but this heinous act grieves me in an utterly personal way. Suddenly, the One Child Policy is not just some foreign protocol that I disagree with, but a despicable crime against humanity far more evil than it is ignorant. We ought to unite in condemning this barbaric policy and call attention to these innocent lives which have been hunted and slaughtered in the name of public service.

Beyond reacting directly to these sad accounts, I wonder if we may also benefit from reflecting on the surrounding issues that apply to our abortion battle here in the U.S. In particular, I wonder if most readers will react to the forced 9-month abortion with the  same instinctual repulsion that I felt, and then I wonder why. I’m inclined to assume that most people are shocked at this story. We’re shocked that a mother went through 9 months of eager anticipation and preparation for a baby that was then horrifically stolen from her. We’re shocked by the picture of the infant who was killed so violently, yet still resembles a newborn’s peaceful posture we’re used to finding so endearing.

Well, if these stories from China moved your soul to anguish as it did mine, I think you’ve experienced a taste of what the God of the Bible also claims to feel as well. In fact, in the book of Amos God actually wrathfully condemns a people group because they too “ripped open pregnant women” for their national gain. Anger towards this injustice is a righteous outrage and anyone who values life and follows Jesus Christ will be justly upset over this.

But I wonder how pro-choicers react to this story? Are you upset only over a mother’s choice being taken? Do you view this on par with a woman having her tonsils removed without her consent or is this a considerably greater offensive? And also, I wonder, for those that are extremely concerned about population control, do you think this type of government “intervention” is acceptable? I assume that you probably agree that this violence is unacceptable, and yet your worldview can’t explain why. Please correct me if I’m wrong!

My fear is that China’s One Child Policy is just one ultimate consequence of a worldview that devalues the unborn and prioritizes the environment and economy over human life. I hope this story terrifies us and motivates us to prevent this atrocity from eventually happening in our own backyard.
